Digital Manga has received 2 nominations in the 2007 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards. For Best Reality-Based Work:, Digital Manga received a nomination for Project X Challengers: Cup Noodles, by Tadashi Katoh. For Best U.S. Edition of International Material-Japan:, Digital Manga received a nomination for Antique Bakery, by Fumi Yoshinaga.

Project X: Cup Noodles is up against Fun Home, by Alison Bechdel (Houghton Mifflin), I Love Led Zeppelin, by Ellen Forney (Fantagraphics), Mom's Cancer, by Brian Fies (Abrams), and Stagger Lee, by Derek McCulloch and Shepherd Hendrix (Image).

Antique Bakery is up against After School Nightmare, by Setona Mizushiro (Go! Comi), Naoki Urasawa's Monster, by Naoki Urasawa (Viz), Old Boy, by Garon Tsuchiya and Nobuaki Minegishi (Dark Horse Manga), and Walking Man, by Jiro Taniguchi (Fanfare/Ponent Mon).

The ballots will be mailed to professionals in the comic book industry in early May, and the results will be announced on Friday night July 27 at the Eisner Awards ceremony in San Diego.

The nominated works will also be displayed in the art show at Comic-Con International and will be put in the Eisner Archives at Virginia Commonwealth University's James Branch Cabell Library.
