Junior Accountant
Digital Manga is looking for an entry-level Junior Accountant.
Job duties include:
- Data entry, A/P & A/R using QuickBooks
- Maintaining cash balance through Internet Banking
- Bank reconciliation
- Arranging various payments, including international wire transfers
- Invoicing vendors and depositing sales
- Creating monthly cash-flow reports and analysis
- Creating 3-month cash-flow forecasts
- Comprehending all licensing agreements and making pertinent royalty payments
- Payroll
- Providing sales data to CPA for annual income tax report
Additional skills:
- English & Japanese bilingual is not mandatory but helpful
- Knowledge of Japanese pop culture, including anime/manga/games, is a big plus
Pay is negotiable.
