Are titles with art edited by DMP approved by the Japanese license-holder before publication?

I believe this was answered by a forum mod before, but it would be good to have the answer here with the other questions.

How many people work at DMP on the editorial side? If an exact number is too revealing, I'd be happy with a survey answer, like "more than 100" or "less than 25" or "30-40". I'm just curious about this, and have been for a while.

Is your new plan to license "hundreds" of manga for your new digital imprint are licenses for digital distribution ONLY? or does the license also include to print in paperback format as well?

I just want to know if your digital licenses will ever make it on paper even if it means another publisher can license the book to be printed and not just digitally trapped on your servers.

I want to know what DMP's strategy regarding OOP books that have series continuation i.e. do they plan to reprint Black Sun 1, Cat x Dog 1, Strange & Mystifying Story 1 since the vol 2 will be or have been licensed? It seems like they would likely to sell more print volume 2 if they reprint some volume #1. Not to mention Cat x Dog and Strange Story have volume 3 as well, etc ...

I wonder whether we'll reach a stage where all new titles have simultaneous print and digital release? At the moment it seems only selected titles are being released digitally. Also, since the KindleDX still doesn't really have any competition in the manga-friendly e-eader stakes, what are the chances of making everything available either through the Kindle store or in a Kindle-able format (i.e. pdf)?
