There's a forum for the Guild. Complaining about them here will not endear you to them, because I'm sure they can see this board. If you want them to listen to what you have to say, don't be passive-aggressive about it by posting here. Post there and tough it out.

You have never grasped the concept that you being under-age and posting about adult material has made many of the adults here, and apparently there, uncomfortable. I know, its just, I write BL myself, and I find it hard to deal with if people make fun of me about because of my age, or they say its "just porn"... or whatever.

Maybe if you were in my shoes, you'd understand better, but, I appreciate that you care, and show some level of understanding, it makes me happy.

No one is against you. It's simply been pointed out that you cannot work on sexually explicit materials until you are 18. You may well write your own BL, but that's not done as work for any company that pays you, because you are not 18. You'll just have to wait. There are others on the boards in the same predicament, and they are understanding about and patiently waiting. but coming and complaining in what seems like a sulk is only going to have the better team members not want to work with you, as it makes you look immature and they don't know you, so may assume that also makes you unreliable. So, just be patient. 6 months until your birthday. You can treat yourself by registering and taking the test that day! Something to look forward to, hey? Also, it is only just starting to creep forward. For amny, it has been 3 months already and for others it will be a bit longer. No one has been handed anywork yet. So, you are not missing out on anything! We are all having the not yet, not yet thing!

Also, I read your responses to the thread that you created at the DMG forum. In my opinion, you come across as a know-it-all and quite immature especially when you get defensive which really annoys some people in this forum. That's probably the reason why you feel some people verbally attack you.

I appreciate that you want to share your passion for BL with others but be mindful when you are on the defensive and sounding like a know-it-all. It simply welcomes flaming and your feelings will get hurt all over again.

Well technically you're not allowed to see that stuff yet so you can't really blame them. Just don't mention how old you are but don't lie about it either. I dunno if it makes sense but try it out. You'll be 18 soon and when you are they can't really say anything. You also gotta understand that they could get in trouble if they'd be okay with under-age people working with them. What they do isn't exactly legal to begin with.
