Hurray for DMP/June/801 Media Books Licensed in 2010!

I can hardly believe this - first my most favorite Honma Akira's "Usagi OtokoTora Otoko " gets licensed by DMP & now one of my favorite Yamato Nase's books "Kyoushi mo Iroiro Aruwakede" got licensed by 801 Media. I am so excited! It is kind of funny for the latter though because vol 1 is pratically shounen-ai but the vol 2 are pretty hot & smexy! June also did good by picking up "Katekyo!" -the art is simply gorgeous & it is quite funny & Suzuki Tsuta's "Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi" It should keep my collecting busy enough what with on-going Ze, ViewFinder & Yonada Kou's works.

I would say, keep them coming! New licenses are always good. Hopefully we will hear something about ZE soon! I'm also still hoping to see Youka Nitta's works licensed by 801 Media.

I occassionally went to mangaupdates (MU) & looked at the co & their licenses. I definitely wish to get a more concrete schedule at any of June / 801Media website too but it seems like perhaps they probably only give schedule up to 6 months out only? Anyway, I definitely hope MU's update is accurate - someone is definitely going in there & updating the licensing info. I so do hope they will prioritize Yamato Nase's story about the elementary school senseis. It is so cute but the truly hot & heavy part doesn't start until vol 2.

I know I've read them. xD I'll definitely buy those. Cause they both look mature. Not like her usually under age looking ukes. It's fun.

I can't say if we've ever prematurely claimed to have licensed this book, but I can state for a fact that we did not license Kyoushi mo Iroiro Aruwakede/教師も色々あるわけで. When titles are officially licensed we'll state it in our Newsletter, Twitter, and Facebook, and try to get it up on the release schedule in a timely manner. Hope that helps!
