Is Black Sun by Uki Ogasawara being continued? It has been awhile since the first volume was released. Can you provide an update to the status of this series?

Black Sun is an 801 Media title, so you might want to ask about it there in the future. However, we've been talking about this title off and on for some time. There are a few new chapters, but not enough to be collected into a second volume yet. The mangaka of this title is notoriously slow. I believe 801 Media will look into licensing the second volume if it ever gets to that point.

I sure hope she does come out with a second book, I'd venture to say that Black Sun is my favorite manga. (gotta love that non-con)

Bahhh, I'm also a huge fan of Ogasawara-sensei and Black Sun is definitely one of my favorites but I haven't heard anything about the second volume coming out anytime soon ;A; There's no news about the progress of it in Japanese, so who knows when, if ever, it will be out over here :(

I will be really upset if this series isn't continued. I hate when a series I like isn't completed. Although not either of you alls series, it really p*sses me off, that I don't know if I will be able to complete "Crimson Spell" and the prequel volumes to "Thunderbolt Boys Excite" by Kitty Media.

Black Sun Volume 2 will be released this year. (I think on December, well according to bookdepository XD) I'm going to have it pre-order soon
