Well, it's only $2 per volume for the manga. I think that's very reasonable to pay.

No, there is no fanfiction on eManga. DMP is a professional publishing company, they are not in the business of hosting amateur work ("amateur" in the literal definition of "not for profit"). I would recommend that if someone wants to read free fanfiction or something of that sort, that they look elsewhere (there are numerous places where fanfiction can be found on the internet), or if that's unacceptable, there are general discussion boards on these forums where such a thing could be posted by any interested registered user.
