Otodama: Voice From the Dead

I am so looking forward to the first volume of Otodama by Youka Nitta. Is this work a BL? From what I have seen so far, it doesn't seem so but maybe it will change later on? Do you guys have any idea? If it is not, then this is the first time for Nitta-sensei to work on a non-BL work.

We're actually working on it right now! It's so beautiful-the art is amazing. It is actually not BL, it's a mystery thriller from Youka Nitta. We're actually not sure if it changes and has more BL elements later in the series, but it's definitely a different direction for Youka Nitta. Production was itching to get their hands on this one!

Thanks for the reply. Youka Nitta is one of my favorite mangakas and I was so happy to hear that Otodama will be released over here in English. Hopefully you will get your hands on more of her works eventually especially Haru wo Daiteita and Boku no Koe. It would be awesome if 801 media to handle these two titles in the future.

There's usually a month or more gap between Akadot release and Amazon release. I have it on pre-order at Amazon myself.

Lately, I've been getting a little nervous at how long it's taking the books to get to Amazon, but they all have come through so far. Except Ze 4. Weird. Definitely trying not to panic. ~_^

I can't even pre-order it from Amazon.co.uk yet. Though at last they got Ze vol 1 in, so I can order it now, but now they are sold out of Junjou Romantica vol 4 and don't have it available to order anyway. Sigh. Oh well, at least i have time to go to ikea and get my new bookcase before my new manga arrives...I filled up three so far, double rowed and 7 shelves high each is filled with books (not all manga or mine admittedly). My dining room is becoming a library with a dining table in it
