Reply problems

This might just be my settings, but I can't seem to quote a post for a reply. And I can't edit or delete either, I don't see the buttons for any of this stuff, like how I do with other sites. can anyone help me out?

Russesa and others covered it already prior here.

To delete a post replace edit with delete - you will only be able to do this for posts which have not been replied to.

And yes, the Forums are broken.

Read my post prior to yours and follow the URLs. The Forum is broken, there is no visible Edit button, you have to punch in an adjustment to your http link manually in order to edit your own posts.
