Are we on your "Safe Sender's List" ?

Hi everyone,

From time to time, when we send you an email, it rejects or bounces back with an error message.
"Undeliverable" ... "this user is not accepting an email from you..."

If you can kindly put these two following email addresses in your "safe sender's list" so it won't reject or end up in your Spam folder:

REAL name vs. an ALIAS

Hello everyone -
A lot of you are emailing me, wondering "I mailed in my contract but why have we not from crayon? Where are our Schedule A's? What's taking so long to process my contract & tax forms? Why haven't my group leader being notified? "

It's probably because we are having a tough time identifying who is who. When we receive your contracts, we match them up with WHAT'S IN THE SYSTEM.

It is not against the rule to use fake names/aliases for an online registration. But it will the process 100 times faster if your contract information matches exactly with what's in the system.

DIGITALMANGAGUILD.COM is getting a facelift

www.digitalmangaguild.com is going thru a little reconstruction. It's getting a new look.
So from time to time ,you may see the site go down... or you may see an error on your dashboard.
If anyone has any Q.. or concerns, please feel free to send an email or PM me.
The new design will have lots more colors and new features including better ways to find a group.
We are creating a DMG exlusive twitter account to better communicate with you guys. I will be managing that- and the twitter feed will be go there too.
News, announcement & updates will be there too.

Estimated time of completion is September 15th.

Dear Guild members,
those of you who passed the test and have access to DMG's Production Guidelines, there is a new one there effective September 7th, 2011.
Mr. DMG added a short paragraph at the very end.
