Ok, I have a question about the "completed works" part of submitting. Do you mean that you need to have the whole story drawn out, or does that mean you just need to have a good idea of how many pages long the story's going to be? I was thinking of submitting a story to eManga around 270 pages long, but I only have sample pages done for submission. Since I don't have any of the story drawn out yet, am I wasting your and my time submitting to you?
