Does anyone know if the "Sample Only" books will eventually become available to rent online?

I think there was a discussion a while back where the DMP staff said it was an issue with some Japanese publishers who were ok with samples, but who were reluctant to allow the entire content online.
Hope they can sort it out at some point. I'd really like to read Millenium President & Train Train online
