So...some quick questions

I'm sorry, I didn't know where else to put this, if it's in the wrong section, I apologize.
Basically, I've been having a problem with the submissions page...

This address:
"Submissions@emanga.com"
Doesn't work for me, so I was wondering if there was a problem with the address, am I spelling it wrong, or is there just something I missed...?

I saw that there was a novel section, so I wanted to submit a light novel. I'd submit a manga, but my drawing skills need to do some improving first. If someone could direct me to someone who can answer my questions about submitting, or answer them yourself, I would be very grateful.
PS: I've tried the "Contact Us" option already...same result...

I too am having "problems" with the submission/contact-part.

I am wondering how long it usually takes to get any sort of reply? Maybe I'm just being impatient, but I've been waiting for a reply for weeks.

Is this how emanga usually does business? This is very disappointing
