Will we be able to pre-order it? If so, when? And is there any chance that you'll print more of vol 4 around the same time, seeing as the demand is there? (I'm so glad I bought that one immediately!)

They're restocking all of the novel volumes in anticipation of the release of volume 5 this summer. If you want to pre-order it, it will probably be available at Amazon, but if you want it right away, I recommend ordering from Akadot directly, as they'll have it weeks before anyone else.
