Vampire Hunter D vol.1 will be available in two parts, each for $3.99 and is available in two editions—the Nook Edition and Nook Color Edition, formatted for each device’s own screen resolution. How much does this device cost? Is it avaiable in Ebay as well? I prefer to stay away from BN as their customer service is terrible
