Adding to the December book bonanza, we just got two more titles in! No Touching At All by Kou Yoneda and Close the Last Door volume 2 by Yugi Yamada are finally here! Get your books first at YaoiClub.com, and No Touching At All is exclusive only to Yaoi Club.

No Touching At All – Juné

Kou Yoneda

On his very first day at a brand-new job, shy Shima is trapped in the elevator with a hungover mess of a guy…who turns out to be his boss! Togawa’s prickly exterior definitely puts the rookie recruit on-edge, but it doesn’t take long before Shima’s every waking thought is invaded by his overbearing yet totally thoughtful superior. Will Shima put aside a history of disappointment in order to take a chance on a complicated relationship?

Close the Last Door volume 2 – Juné

Yugi Yamada

Nagai and Honda have been a (mostly) happy couple for an entire year. In fact, they’ve dealt with teasing in-laws, competitive gift-giving…and even an exhausting hunt for their own apartment! But just when everything seems too perfect to be true, sweet and sneaky Saitou pops up to cause a little broken-hearted mayhem. Will this face from the past succeed in tearing Nagai and Honda apart for good?

Exclusive early releases of new titles are available only at Akadot Retail and Yaoi Club.

  1. Why is No Touching at All a Yaoi Club exclusive? Why, since I’m buying all the new releases that have come out in the last few days through Akadot, do I now have to turn around and do a separate order through Yaoi Club (with not even a tiny 5% discount, I might add) to get No Touching at All? This makes no sense to me whatsoever. If the book was autographed or came with some special item, I could perhaps understand your reasoning, but as it is, this seems to be a senseless thing to do. Or at worst, something done to squeeze extra money out of me by taking me to Yaoi Club where I might possibly try to add more to my order in an attempt to at least get free shipping. Surely you wouldn’t do that to a loyal DMP supporter, would you?

I love DMP for putting out all these new books and I will wholeheartedly continue to support you because I love yaoi and want more, but doing something like this is just irritating and frankly I feel a little betrayed. Forgive me if I’m taking this wrong but I just don’t see the logic in this Yaoi Club exclusive.

  2. We’re working on shifting our yaoi titles over to Yaoi Club. We’re not trying to betray you, but readjust our two stores.

  3. Well it’s sort of the same situation I find myself in. Due to tighter budget constraints I now have to buy the yaoi titles at amazon. I have to wait 2 months or more for the titles to be available there. For example, Ze v. 6, Deeply Loving a Maniac and Yokan Premonition 2 which were released several weeks ago have yet to be in stock; and the other titles just released this past week at akadot, amazon has just given me a date of July 2011 for delivery. Yet what can a poor yaoi fan do? Nothing to do but grumble while you wait.

  4. I understand it’s tough, and we’re hoping to do more promotions and sales on Yaoi Club.

  5. You don’t make it easy for foreigners. Ordering from Yaoiclub means extra shipping cost, customs fees and additional tax sales; in the end, a manga that cost $12 will cost almost $40 US for an insured package whereas I could get the same manga from Amazon in Canada will lower shipping rates and send by UPS. I don’t mind waiting 1-2 months…but 6 months or more? It took me forever to get Ze 2. Meanwhile Taifu comics is realizing the same titles, but in French and those are available in my local store. So guess what? I liked your releases but they are just too hard to get, I’m at a point where I wish you stop licensing all good titles and let Tokyopop doing them.

  6. A month has already passed since I’ve made the order and I’m still waiting for No Touching at all to be released…I don’t know how many times the release date has changed…What’s happening guys?

  7. No Touching At All is available at our store, Yaoi Club. It’s also available to rent for 200 points at emanga.com. As for availability on other sites and stores, it generally takes a month or so after copies arrive in our office and Akadot/YaoiClub.

  8. A month or so, it’s fair enough. Thank you for letting us know.
I’ll wait patiently, sorry for the previous outburst.

  9. That’s alright, I understand it can be frustrating at times!

  10. I’m from germany and I can buy english mangas only through amazon.de or bookdepository.com, since all other onlineshops are much too expensive because of the high shipping amount. Sometimes aI get the feeling that you guys do not really think (or care?) about the international customers. ZE 6 was released more than 1 month ago but there is still no possibility for me to buy these without paying at least 200% of the original price. That really is sad and sometimes I think about not buying anything you published anymore… but since you have so many great titles… =(
It really would be so great if you think about us international people a little bit more too and maybe make the available a little bit faster…

  11. Oh, I forgot to say, that I plan to buy at least three of the november and two december releases, including “No Touching At All”, which I’ve been waiting for so many month now. I really want to finally hold it in my hands, but like this I’m anxious I’ve to wait another two month. Sorry, but that really makes me angry and sad… =/

  12. I totally agree with Kida!!
I’m also from Germany and ordered “No Touching At All” a few weeks ago… and I still don’t have it. I’m really dissapointed :(
You really don’t make it easy for people from another country!
And furthermore I heard from a lots of people, that the translation isn’t so good – so I’m really considering to send this title back, once I make sure of that! I would hate to see that happen to such a good manga!
    Sorry, but I’m really dissapointed…

  13. What I don’t understand is that Kiss Blue vol.2 and Treasure both came out around the same time at Amazon as they did at Yaoi Club but Close the Last Door vol.2 and No Touching At All (which were supposed to be released around the same time) have had their releases pushed back nearly six months on all other websites yet are just as available at Yaoi Club as Kiss Blue vol.2 and Treasure. That does not make sense. I keep seeing you say that the titles are all going to be released about a month elsewhere after they are released at Yaoi Club but Kiss Blue vol.2 and Treasure were released on time but not the other two? Close the Last Door vol.2 and No Touching At All releases were changed (to July? Really?!) not to mention ZE vol.6 has been available at Yaoi Club for a long time now but is not available until February for other sites! Maybe if Yaoi Club had free shipping at $25 like Amazon and with better discounts it’d be tempting to buy but otherswise I have waited near 5 some-odd years for Close the Last Door vol.2, I can wait another 6 months so I can save that little bit of money with the discount from other stores to buy another yaoi. I love June but I can’t buy full price plus shipping from Yaoi Club.

  14. I just want to back up what Kida said, it’s totally unfair to us, in Europe and all over the world outside from the great US! I wanted to buy Ze vol. 6 as a Christmas present along with Bloody kiss tonight, but the shipping would have been unreasonably expensive, so I had to give up on them. Couldn’t you find a cheaper way of shipping? Or at least make you books available from other stores faster?

  15. Some of the fault does lie with us and being understaffed, but a lot of the street dates (aka Amazon etc) have to do with our distributors. We don’t fully control those release dates, but we do our best to get things out on time. As for No Touching At All, it looks like there was a shipping delay due to the holidays, so that should be getting released on Amazon very soon. We’ll do our best to improve Yaoi Club, your comments have been noted.

  16. thank you. I hope it works and “No Touching At All” will be available soon.
Btw… could you maybe give us some news about ZE 6? I’d really love to buy it as soon as possible. (and I still hope so much that you are publishing further volumes of ZE, too, since there are no news anywhere about that =( )

  17. These 2 seem very interesting, yet they are a little bit weird. Are they available in local bookstore? Or I have to order them online?
