Whew! AX, SDCC -we’re back!
Whew! Two big conventions, both in July, and we’re back and in the office ready to rock and roll! Though we didn’t exhibit at SDCC, we still walked the halls, and we still had a book talked about! How cool is that?!
So more about what we’ll be doing in 2011 ~read on!
Anime Expo 2010 (July 4th Weekend) was craziness…crowds…and TONS of DMP books! We brought the newest titles, including: When The Heavens Smile, Wolf God Vol. 1, and Alice The 101st Vol. 1!
So if you haven’t seen what our booth at AX looks like-it’s a little something like this:

At AX we announced an exclusive distributing partnership with VIZ and Studio Pierrot for animation cels based on popular anime-the first being NARUTO (which you can see here). And are available thru Akadot Retail in limited supplies!

We also announced that we’ll be working with RED and Convergence Entertainment on a manga adaptation of GUNGRAVE! More info on that to come soon!
For eManga, we’ve begun working with the very talented Nao Yazawa, as she creates manga direct to eManga! Two titles to arrive will be: Mizuki and Moon & Blood!
eManga has also extended its rental periods for both novels and manga, as well as offering eManga gift cards! There will also be a lot of new content: New Harlequin manga, more of your favorite DMP books, and more! So keep checking it out!
