Some of you who signed up for a DokiDoki membership and tried to place a preorder might have noticed a small problem – the promo item still wasn’t showing up in your shopping cart on Akadot Retail. Fortunately, the bug has now been fixed.
There was an issue with properly linking the accounts from Akadot to DokiDoki, resulting in the error. But don’t worry, everything has been sorted out now, and preorders should be working fine. If you already placed a preorder, we’ll take care of adding the promo items to your order so you won’t miss out on anything. Sorry for the confusion!
